Typically, this service costs approximately $1,500 (including the state fee) per state. Naturally, you could handle this registration process yourself, but we find it goes alot smoother and faster with us handling the process.
Franchise Training: We will be happy to visit your location and train your staff on "How To Sell Your Franchise". This service is charged on an expense plus $500 per day basis.
Trademark Services: All clients will want to trademark their name! We can provide this trademark filing, if desired. We offer a full range of legal services related to trademarks and service marks, including selection, use registration, protection, enforcement, licensing and transfers of marks, trade names and internet domain names.
