This must be done prior to accepting or signing any agreements to sell an offering or franchise opportunity. These must be created in a manner that is well planned and thought out for your legal and civil protection. If done correctly; these documents rarely are challenged. However in a toxic relationship where people have tried to do their own or hired a local attorney have found themselves in a lot of hot water.
